PAI-01243: Develop Fargo DITA Task Pattern

Develop a design pattern to produce DITA Tasks using the fargo.io outliner.

Develop a design pattern that uses Dave Winer's fargo.io outliner to produce, edit and automatically publish DITA Tasks. Use Dave's Titles (Short, Long and Description) plus attributes on the opml elements to drive the XSLT translation to DITA Task.

Create an outline template for Thales GTS London Project Action Items (gts-ldn-issues-pai-)
Use the real task to develop this system and create a template that will be used to generically start new pai outlines as DITA Machinery Tasks.
Use the template to create gts-ldn-issues-pai-01243 opml outline.
Set the tags to opml, dita, xslt, software, design, robot. pai-01243 has been reserved for this task in the existing (100% DITA) issues management system.
Create an XSLT transformation to convert from opml to DITA Machinery Task
To comply with incremental delivery make the system work only for tasks with simple steps that each have one command (cmd) and one information (info) element.
Create a Dropbox to Thales GTS London Issues automated file transfer service
Use Dropbox synchronisation to automatically copy updated opml files to the XSLT processing area.
Create an automated opml file XSLT translation service.
Use powershell watched folders to generate the equivalent DITA Machinery Task for each opml file.
